– Policies & Terms
1. Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

Deposits may be required for premium or mobile services, such as ceramic coating or fleet detailing. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future service if rescheduled with proper notice.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our detailing services and the time and products invested:

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted — no exceptions.

We encourage customers to inspect their vehicle before final payment to ensure satisfaction.

If there is a concern, please bring it to our attention before leaving so we can address it immediately.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 fee or loss of deposit.

If we arrive at the appointment location and are unable to perform services due to locked vehicles, lack of access, or unsafe conditions, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
4. Service Area & Mobile Detailing Policy

Mobile detailing is offered within our service area (Torrance, Hawthorne, and surrounding cities).

The location must have safe, legal parking, adequate space to work, and access to water and power (if needed).

If conditions are unsafe or prohibited by local ordinances, services may be rescheduled or refused.
5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Inspection

A pre-service inspection will be conducted to document the vehicle's current condition, including scratches, dents, stains, and damage.

We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections, especially those that are deeply embedded.

Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, mold, or biohazard cleanup.
6. Liability Waiver
South Coast Auto Detailing, LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or defects with the vehicle.

Damage to aftermarket parts, decals, or paint corrections where previous improper maintenance or repairs are discovered.

Any belongings left in the vehicle. We recommend removing all valuables prior to service.

Environmental factors such as rain, dust, or pollen that may affect the vehicle after services are completed.
7. Ceramic Coating Policy

Ceramic coating services require a non-refundable deposit due to the preparation and materials involved.

The vehicle must remain dry and free of contaminants for the recommended curing period. South Coast Auto Detailing is not liable for environmental factors once the vehicle leaves our care.

Warranty coverage, if provided, will be outlined separately and in writing.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and aim for complete customer satisfaction.

If you notice any concerns within 24 hours of service, please contact us immediately so we can review and address them.

This guarantee does not cover issues caused by environmental exposure, improper care, or neglect after the service is completed.
9. Health & Safety Policy

For the health and safety of our staff, we cannot service vehicles containing hazardous waste, infestations, or unsafe conditions.

If a biohazard is discovered during service, work will be paused, and an additional fee may apply or the service may be refused.
10. Refusal of Service
South Coast Auto Detailing, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unsafe working conditions.

Rude, disrespectful, or threatening behavior.

Non-compliance with policies.
11. Weather Policy (Mobile Services)

Mobile appointments may be rescheduled if weather conditions prevent safe and effective service, such as heavy rain, extreme heat, or high winds.

We will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment.
12. Privacy Policy

Customer information, including addresses and payment details, will be kept confidential and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

Photos of vehicles may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.
13. Legal Notice
By booking services with South Coast Auto Detailing, LLC, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that:

South Coast Auto Detailing, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any disputes must be handled through arbitration in the state of California
